Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance, resistance, and high intensity training. In the same way, we believe “the body” (God’s Church) also needs circuit training to grow strong and build persevering endurance.

We offer various classes each semester that meet on Sundays and Wednesdays on Berean's campus. Circuit classes typically break for the summer and for holidays. Message the teacher with questions.

FAQ's
Circuit classes typically meet weekly on Sundays or on Wednesday evenings on Berean’s campus. Check with the class teacher for specific times and details.
Each meeting is roughly an hour long. Circuit classes run anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks.
You are certainly welcome to come check out any Circuit class anytime! However, because Circuits are curriculum-based, you will get more out of the Circuit classes if you join early on when the class first starts.
If you have only missed a session or two, talk to the teacher to see if it makes sense for you to still join in. If not, consider joining another class. Many Circuits will be offered periodically, so you can catch it the next time it is offered.
Berean Kids is available for childcare on Sunday mornings. Older children and teens are encouraged to join in Circuit classes.
